Brian H. Fenlon

Partner Brian H. Fenlon has been with the firm since 1994 and chiefly acts as a counsellor and civil litigator for his clients. His complex civil litigation practice includes representing a diverse group of clients in an expansive range of matters and areas of the law.

Brian has extensive experience handling litigation for individual, corporate and municipal clients, in the areas of insurance coverage, professional liability, contractual, construction, real estate, chancery, probate, tort and school/educational litigation disputes and matters. This includes representing lenders and debtors in mortgage foreclosure litigation and workouts, and individuals, developers and municipal clients in zoning and planning matters and litigation.

Brian is a member of the New Jersey State, Essex, and Morris Counties Bar Associations and has served as a member of the Essex District V-C Ethics Committee. He volunteers as a judge for Moot Court competitions at Seton Hall University Law School and has authored several legal publications and articles. His work has resulted in a number of reported judicial opinions.
