Grant Y. Lee

An accomplished lawyer with a solid track record of favorable results, Grant Lee focuses his practice on complex class action matters. His deep and varied experience with all aspects of litigation forms the foundation of his effective advocacy and ability to frequently resolve cases in their earliest stages.

Grant leverages the insights he gained representing defendants in large, nationwide class actions before joining the firm to advance and protect the interests of consumers and other plaintiffs in such cases. In addition to his class action work, Grant has substantial experience handling cases involving a wide range of subjects, representing businesses and individuals in commercial litigation, medical device/pharmaceutical litigation, real estate and construction disputes, product liability claims, IP litigation, and insurance recovery matters.

A summa cum laude graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Grant earned his law degree, cum laude, from Notre Dame Law School where he earned the Dean’s Award for Deposition Skills and worked at the Legal Aid Clinic.
